✨Look what I just found: the “chocolate letter” packaging of Verkade that I designed over 20 years ago when I worked at The Communication Company in Breda. This was my very first packaging design. A very important moment in my life, this is where I discovered my passion for designing packaging and it still makes me very happy :-) *Chocolade Letter* is a Dutch treat typically consumed during Sinterklaas on December 5th. It's a letter-shaped piece of chocolate, made from chocolate, given as a gift or placed in a person's shoe. The tradition dates back to the early 20th century and is a beloved part of Dutch culture.
